Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags and all accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items due to our error, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
